Shipping and Exchange Policy

Everything we sell is a digital service. Nothing physical is shipped, so no shipping charges apply and physical exchange does not arise.

Digital delivery

Second Opinion access is delivered by email as a private key and connection link, within one business day of payment (usually much faster). Consulting deliverables are delivered electronically per their proposals.

Non-delivery

If you have not received access within two business days of payment, write to subscription@impossiblemarketing.io and we will resolve it or refund in full per our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
