Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime by writing to subscription@impossiblemarketing.io. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues to the end of the period already paid. There is no lock-in.
One-time plans (Second Opinion, USD)
Full access opens immediately on payment, so one-time plans are treated as used from day one. The 6-month plan ($399): a refund requested within the first 30 days is issued minus $99 for the month of access already opened; after 30 days no refund is entertained. The 1-month plan ($99) is non-refundable.
Refunds
If you were charged and did not receive access within two business days, or were charged in error (including duplicate payments), write to subscription@impossiblemarketing.io and we will refund in full. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method. Partial months of a used subscription are not refunded.

Refund terms for consulting and done-for-you engagements are stated in their individual proposals.
