What we collect
When you contact us or subscribe, we collect the details you provide: name, email, and payment confirmation. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or banking details. Our servers keep standard technical logs (IP address, request time) for security and reliability.
What we deliberately do not collect
Second Opinion connects to the AI assistant you already use. Your conversations with your AI, and the business data your AI accesses through your own connectors, are not transmitted to us and are not stored by us. We supply frameworks; your data stays on your side.
How we use information
To deliver the services you purchased, send onboarding and service emails, respond to queries, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. We do not send marketing drip campaigns.
Retention and rights
We keep records as long as needed to provide the service and meet accounting requirements. Write to pankaj@impossiblemarketing.io to access or delete your data.
